墨動─蕭仁徵現代畫開拓展

Ink Movement：Hsiao Jen-cheng and the Expansion of Modern Painting

由國立歷史博物館與國立臺灣師範大學美術學系合作，於德群藝廊以「墨動-蕭仁徵現代畫開拓展」為題，展現前輩藝術家蕭仁徵(1925-)已逾一甲子之久的豐碩創作軌跡，百餘件不同時期之作品，包含水墨、彩墨、複合媒材、書法、抽象書藝、水彩等多元面向，希望藉由本次展覽及圖錄出版，引領觀眾見證蕭仁徵這段輝煌的創作歷史，並分享其最直率、純真而無畏無懼的藝旅壯遊。

This exhibition, titled “Ink Movement: Hsiao Jen-cheng and the Expansion of Modern Painting,” is organized by the National Museum of History and the Department of Fine Arts, NTNU, at the Teh Chun Gallery. It showcases more than one hundred pieces of Hsiao’s work since 1958, covering different phases and including diverse artistic media, such as ink wash painting, ink and color painting, multimedia, calligraphy, abstract calligraphy, and watercolor painting. With this exhibition and its catalogue, we hope to lead viewers into Hsiao Jen-cheng’s splendid history of artistic creation and experience Hsiao’s straight-forward, pure, and fearless grand tour in the world of art.
