「清翫雅集」成立於1992年，由臺灣頂尖收藏家組成，以推廣收藏文化為宗旨。其名取自明代書刊《清翫》，象徵高雅古風及品鑒研習精神。會員藏品涵蓋廣泛且品質卓越，於華人收藏界享有盛譽。國立歷史博物館曾兩度攜手該會舉辦「中華文物集粹」與「廿周年慶收藏展」，公開展出私家珍藏，促進藝術資源的共享，廣受收藏界與博物館界的好評。
     今年，適逢國立歷史博物館開館七十週年，再度與「清翫雅集」合作，策劃展出會員珍藏，包括傳統書畫、西洋美術、器物與珍玩等多樣文物，展示臺灣豐厚文化底蘊與「藏富於民」的文化深度。透過此次展覽，不僅彰顯臺灣於國際收藏界的重要地位，也促進文化藝術的交流與發展。我們期待實現藝術資產全民共享的願景，讓更多人感受收藏之美與文化價值。

Founded in 1992, the Ching Wan Society unites Taiwan’s foremost collectors in their shared passion for the art of collecting. Its name, inspired by the Ming Dynasty publication Ching Wan, embodies elegance, cultural refinement, and a commitment to the study and appreciation of art and antiques. Known for the exceptional quality and variety of their collections, the Society’s members are highly esteemed throughout the Chinese-speaking art world. NMH has collaborated with the Ching Wan Society multiple times, presenting acclaimed exhibitions such as The Exquisite Chinese Artifacts and the 20th Anniversary Exhibition of the Ching Wan Society’s Collection, which showcased rare private collections and fostered the exchange of artistic treasures and insights.
This year, as it celebrates its 70th anniversary, the NMH collaborates with the Ching Wan Society again to present an extraordinary exhibition of its members’collections. The exhibition features a diverse selection of traditional Chinese paintings, Western art, antiquities, and precious collectibles, highlighting Taiwan’s rich cultural heritage and reflecting the traditional wisdom of “wealth in the hands of the people.” By emphasizing Taiwan’s significant role in the global collecting community, the exhibition fosters cultural exchange and artistic growth. We hope this event shares the beauty and cultural significance of these collections with a broader audience, contributing to a shared appreciation of artistic heritage.
