四裸女像-瓷板框飾

由黑線勾勒的四位裸女，頭腳互相勾疊、身體緊密相靠，以金黃色彩敷色並融入相同顏色的背景中，

背景上裝飾了福、祿、壽等吉祥圖案，一派閒靜自在的姿態與神情，別有一番迷人的滋味。

國立歷史博物館藏《四女裸像》（館藏編號26911）為常玉（1901-1966）作品之一；

人體比例勻稱修長，呈金黃色，輪廓以粗黑線勾勒，五官面目只有一位女性是完整的。四裸女頭腳交互勾疊，兩相反轉橫躺的配置中，有一種循環順暢的韻律感，背景以「金錢紋」、「壽字紋」、「盤長紋」作為裝飾，錯落點綴在裸女身旁，添增吉祥福氣的溫馨氣氛。

常玉出生於中國四川順慶(1935年改名南充)，自幼在故鄉隨父親習畫，之後向書法家趙熙(1867-1948)習字，1921年因「勤工儉學」計畫前往巴黎，是早期留法學習藝術創作的中國畫家之一。他的作品融合了中國與西方藝術特色，經常利用簡潔有力的線條、造形與輪廓呈現獨特的個人風格，繪畫造形簡練、色彩單純，裸女、植物花卉、有動物的風景為其三大創作主題。
